Could you correct my mistakes please?

"Christmas is celebrated on the night of December 24th to 25th. It is a magical period.
During this period, the streets and shop windows of the towns are decorated from the beginning of December. Children have the pleasure of decorating the Christmas tree with balls and garlands of different colors and preparing the crib. They will discover at the foot of it their gifts. The Christmas meal is something festive where you get the family.
There are christmas markets where children can go meet Father Christmas, take a picture with him or give him the letter of the gifts they want.
A midnight mass can be celebrated.
Thanks to this period, it brings dreams and magic to the little ones as well as the big ones."

- The Christmas meal is something festive where (pas le bon relatif)you get (unite)the family.
- There are christmas markets where children can go (enlever go)meet Father Christmas,
- Thanks to this period, it (que représente IT ?)brings dreams and magic to the little ones as well as the big ones (adults)."

Father Christmas n`est pas très habituel en anglais. Il y a une manière beaucoup plus courante d`appeler le père Noël.
