In test 40456 "How will she call him? ".... Is it the samethan as "What will she call him?"

Hello.
In that exercise, the two sentences would mean the same thing.
"Oh! You have just got a son ! How will you call him ?" means "What first name have you chosen for him ?"
What will you call him can mean something else. It sounds as if you are looking for the right word, or a definition.
What do you call a tool to unscrew a nut ? a spanner.
What would you call him if he refused to lend you some money ? A bloody miser !!
