Bonjour
je dois faire un "report" en anglais et j'aimerais bien que quelqu'un m'aide à corriger les fautes s'il vous plait.

Introduction
The report deals with the customers’ dissatisfactions in xxx Hotel and xxx Group.
The report will also recommend advices to better the quality of the Hotel.
A study showed that in the last five years, the group turnover has fallen by 22% , the group’s room occupancy rate has dropped from 81% to 62% and a recent survey discovered an increasing dissatisfaction from customers.
Moreover the customer satisfaction survey emphasis a problem, customers are really disappointed from the staff and the information.
The report includes the survey from an intern in the Hotel .
The purpose is to discover reasons why customers don’t return to the hotel and to find ways to solve these problems.
First, the report will be about the daily routine of the hotel’s activity.
Then there will be the conclusion with an analysis and finally the recommendations.

- The report deals with the customers’ dissatisfactions in (pas la bonne préposition) xxx Hotel and xxx Group.
- The report will also recommend advices to better (better n'est pas un verbe)the quality of the Hotel.
- and a recent survey discovered (pas le verbe approprié ici)an increasing dissatisfaction from customers.
- Moreover the Customer (il manque la marque de l'appartenance) satisfaction survey emphasis (orthographe) a problem,
- customers are really disappointed from (pas la bonne préposition)the staff and the information.
- The purpose is to discover (il manque un article) reasons why customers don’t return to the hotel
