Should I write : Any breakages will have to be paid. Or... Any breakage will have to be paid.

Both are possible but I'd definitely use the singular form: Any breakage will have to be paid.

First, thank you for your answer.
I was looking for the right form and I found it with an "s". I don't know why.
Any is followed by a singular noun, isn't it?

Both are possible...means that any can be followed by singular or plural.
I can't see any milk here.
