Hello,
Can you help me please?
Which interrogative form is correct for such structures (i.e. future perfect)?
I should have said that then.
A.What should I have said?
B.What should have I said?
A.Should I have said that?
B.Should have I said that?
I'll go for choice A. What's your opinion?
Thanks in advance.

Hello!
I would say #A, too!
"Should" is the helping verb and "have said", a (bare) perfect infinitive.
See you!
