Hello,

"We always get off at Huddersfield where our daughter picks us up."
I think I could use use "in" to replace "at" in the above sentence.
Could you help me please?

I'd say at because Huddersfield stands for Huddersfield Station as they get off ...a train, a bus, we don't know as we have no context.
'We always get off at Huddersfield where our daughter picks us up'.

Hello.

I agree with Lucile, that it seems to be Huddersfield Station, so at is required. Huddersfield Station is a particular point. If it were a bus route with many stops within a city, then you would get off in Huddersfield, since there are many points to get off along the route. It's really the same as with addresses. When you give the number of the street, it's a specific place, so you say live at, but if you just tell the name of your street, you live on that street.
