I need to send an e-mail to the employees of my company who will attend a Farewell party.
I would like to ask them for a contribution to a gift.
Is my e-mail correct?

If you wish to contribute to X's gift, I have made an envelope available in my office till the end of the month.
In French, I wrote "Je tiens une enveloppe à votre disposition dans mon bureau".
