Nowadays progress is a form of freedom and expression. Not only does it seems as a path that ppeople must follow but also as a form of development. That's why I'm going to see how people see the progress during this century and for that ,first we'll see the aspect of civilization and then the aspect of progress.
I/aspect of civilization:
At the beginning i said progress is a way that people must follow
New technologies have simplified the lives of many people. For example among surgeons may have to see huge progress in machines. These machines can operate on patients instead of surgeons with great precision and without the patient does not suffer much.
Moreover, it is advanced in medicine are an asset to all doctors in the world, in fact we can see that the doctors who are in America peuveny control an open-heart surgery that déroulie in India for example.
To conclude this section we can referance Thomas Friedman's book "The flat world." This gives us an example of globalization.
II/progress as a form of development
We have seen that progress make our live better, with the new technologie they simplify our lives. In fact ther are created in ordert to do the task istead of us. For example there is a machine which do the washing up instead of us.
But progress has also his negative sids.
For example the social network as facebook ans twitter they destry our live because people be addict and then they don't have any social live and they , in majority, hate going at school they will insociable and they overlook themselves.
We can add that the family relation ship are broken because people prefer chatting on facebook instead of face to face.
At the final we can conclude that progress had a lot of benefic parts but it's a source of conflict and war between develloped and undeveloped contries
