Hello,

Could you tell me please?
"David just called. He said he won't be coming to the meeting.Right."
Can I write like this?
" David just called. He said he won't coming to the meeting."

When use "be" with will and won't and when not?
Please reply...and thank you!

Hello,
will is an auxiliary verb, and is followed by a verb in its base form (infinitive without the to)

I will come at 5, I won't come at 6.

If you insist on duration: I will be working when you come.I won't be watching TV.

"He won't coming" is wrong.

Hello;

You can not say:David just called. He said he won't coming to the meeting."
You need to know that:
The future continuous is made up of two elements: the simple future of the verb 'to be' + the present participle (base+ing):
I will be staying
I won't be staying
He'll be coming to the meeting
He won't be coming to the meeting
So it is the form of the future continuous and you cannot change it
