Hello
There should be an article before the word "party" in both sentences. The verb "meet" is in the wrong tense in your sentence B.

Hello,
A: Today is your birthday. When you will give (me) a party for me, for us??
(In a direct question, you must invert the auxiliary verb and the subject: When will you come, when can you come, when did you come?)
B: I will give you a party when I met you)
After "when" in a time clause, you must keep the present tense:
"You will come and I will tell you the secret" becomes:
I will tell you the secret when you come, when I meet you, when you arrive, as soon as you arrive.....
