Hi!
My question is about prepositions (I don't know if this subject has been discussed before on the forum )
I know that when we add a different preposition to a verb, it's meaning changes completely, but the question is: how to know whatdoes it means without the using a dictionary?
There arefont> lots of verbs and I can't find them all in a dictionary...

Hi !
You meant phrasal verbs.
I don't think there are rules which permit you to learn them, you have only to learn them by heart
here is a link of "thousands" of phrasal verbs :
Lien Internet
Good luck !
