Why Past Participle is used here ? Please help.

Your sentence uses a passive voice :
You seem to be the type of girl who is often kissed/wooed/pursued/annoyed/pestered/annoyed/abused/made fun of/...
You seem to be the type of girl who is often getting kissed/wooed/pursued/annoyed/pestered/...
You seem to be the type of girl who is often getting fallen in love with (a very clumsy pattern in my view).
It would have been lighter to say :
You look the sort of girl boys often fall in love with.
But I suppose it is a sentence from a test.
