Here is my work. I tried to translate a French sentence into English; could you read it and highlight my mistakes, please?

Des ouvriers se trouvant sur le chantier de Notre-Dame de Paris ont enfreint l’interdiction de fumer. C’est ce que reconnaît et « regrette » l’entreprise Le Bras Frères, qui montait l’échafaudage autour de la flèche de la cathédrale. Elle « exclut » cependant tout lien avec l’incendie de l’édifice.
Workers who were on the construction site of Notre-Dame of Paris broke the interdiction of smoking. That's what the company Le Bras Frères admits and regrets, which built the scaffolding around the arrow of the cathedral. It admits it hasn't any link with the blaze of the building.

Des (certains ouvriers, mis en valeur, donc some) ouvriers se trouvant sur le chantier de Notre-Dame de Paris ont enfreint l’interdiction de fumer. C’est ce que reconnaît et « regrette » l’entreprise Le Bras Frères, qui montait(imparfait, donc were + ing) l’échafaudage autour de la flèche de la cathédrale. Elle « exclut » cependant tout lien avec l’incendie de l’édifice.
Some workers who were on the construction site of Notre-Dame of Paris broke the interdiction of smoking (the smoking ban). That's what the company Le Bras Frères(inversez) admits and regrets, which built(to erect au prétérit en ing) the scaffolding around the arrow (ça c'est la flèche des indiens, spire !)of the cathedral. It(plutôt they) admits it hasn't(on ne peut pas traiter to have verbe lexical comme un auxiliaire qui intégrerait n't, il faut dire doesn't have !!) any link with the blaze of the building.
Bon, le pronom relatif ne s'accroche à rien puisqu'on n'a pas l'inversion en anglais, je suggérerais de dire: That's what Le bras Frères admit and regret, the company which /that was erecting the scaffolding around the cathedral spire. However, they reject any link with the blaze of the building.
