Hello,
Please review my text and modify it. Thank you in advance for your help.
This is to inform you that now onwards Vermicillies department will attach “Finished Material Ledger of Vermicillies from ERM” along with weekly contractor bill and after verification with ledgers, we will make payment to Vermicillies contractors.
Furthermore, after completion of month, we will again verify with material ledgers on monthly basis to cross check those finished material production of Vermicillies.
I am again very thankful for your efforts to provide a forum to us to improve English. Thank you so much.
