Hello;
We use 'at' to indicate an email address. Ex: I can send a message to my friend at xxx
We use 'at' to point out specific time. Ex: She will meet her brother at 10 a.m.
We use 'at' to indicate an activity. Ex: You are good at swimming.
We use 'at' to indicate a place. Ex: He saw his grandmother at the park.
Good luck

Hello
You use to when you go somewhere, in when you are inside a place and at when you are somewhere to do something.
I am in the swimming-pool means you are inside the pool, in the water.
I am at the swimming pool : You can be anywhere : under the shower, in the pool, in the locker-room, relaxing on a deck-chair : we know you are there to enjoy the place and swim.
I often nickname this "a complement of activity":
I am at home, to do whatever I like there.
I am at school, to work, to meet my friends...
I am at the supermarket, to buy food...
I am at the cinema, to watch a film...

Bonjour tomm
Il existe également into et onto qui signifient 'mouvement vers' :
The boy plunged into the swimming pool ( = mouvement vers l'intérieur de la piscine)
My grandmother threw the watermelon onto the table ( =mouvement vers le dessus de la table)
